The customer service is second to none it really is but you can find the capsules elsewhere for so much cheaper for example Nespresso capules on the website are at least 30 pence each / 10 pack for £3 but Amazon's, which are just as tasty in my opinion are 8 pence each / 100 pack for £8 so it is a no brainer.
